     Q    Jacqueline being outside of the van as you said, what if anything did she do after Marijoy was---

COURT:
          She was inside the van.

ATTY. HERMOSISIMA:
          No, Your Honor, she was already outside.

COURT:
          She was already outside?

ATTY. HERMOSISIMA:
          At that moment, Your Honor.

COURT:
          At that moment- alright.

ATTY. HERMOSISIMA:
     Q    What did Jacqueline do after Marijoy was pushed off the cliff?

WITNESS:
     A    That's when Jacqueline managed to run down the road.

COURT/to witness:
     Q    She managed to run?

     A    Yes, she managed to run towards the road.

     Q    Towards the road?

     A    Yes, Your Honor.

ATTY. HERMOSISIMA:
     Q    So, what then did your group do?

WITNESS: 
     A    We got in the van and then followed her closed by and screaming and told her to go somewhere, making fun of her.

COURT:
          How was that?

ATTY. HERMOSISIMA:
          We were following her, we were shouting at her, we were making fun of her saying "Run some more".

ATTY. HERMOSISIMA:
     Q    While you were following Jacqueline at that time, what happened next?

     A    Then there was a tricycle passed by us and that's when Josman Aznar said "Go ahead and grabbed her and bring her back inside the van".

     Q    Was Jacqueline brought back inside the van?

     A    Yes, she was, sir.

     Q    When Jacqueline was already inside the van, what was done to her if any?

     A    That's when Rowen Adlawan beat her up, until she passed out.

     Q    How was she beaten up?

     A    I mean Rowen Adlawan kept on punching her until she passed out.

COURT/to the witness:
     Q    In what part of her body was she punched by Rowen Adlawan? Was it Rowen Adlawan who did it?

     A    Yes, Your Honor.

     Q    Punching her?

     A    Yes, Your Honor.

     Q    Did you reach Cebu City?

     A    That's when we got near Ayala I got off from the van.

     Q    And Jacqueline Chiong was still with them, with your gang? Is that what you mean?

     A    Yes, Your Honor.
