     A    The group were smoking, drinking, making noises---

COURT/to the witness:
     Q    Where were the two (2) girls then at that time when you were drinking and smoking after the raping?

     A    Like as I said Marijoy was left beside the van lying on the ground and Jacqueline was inside the van at that time, you know she could not move anymore. So, we were just acting like what just happened it's just part of the party that we were having.

/to the private prosecutor:

     Q    So, what happened after that?

     A    After that that's when Josman Aznar told Rowen Adlawan to go ahead and get rid off Marijoy Chiong.

COURT:
     Q    What exactly did they do? Who were they, by the way? Adlawan and?

     A    That's when I saw Rowen Adlawan and Ariel Balansag carried--- 

     Q    Ariel Balansag?

     Q    Yes, Your Honor.

     Q    Adlawan and Balansag-- were they instructed or what?

     A    Rowen Adlawan was told by Josman Aznar to get rid off Marijoy Chiong.

     Q    Josman Aznar was the one who instructed Adlawan and Balansag to get rid off Marijoy Chiong. Is that what you want to say?

     A    Yes, Your Honor.
