             buted. We are following the same rule as the Abiabi Murder trial
             and I stated there that the Presiding Judge may examine and
             cross-examine the witness although you may object, state the
             ground for your objection if you believe that it is objectionable
             even though the Presiding Judge is the one asking it you may
             object to it and state your objection. But I have a right to examine
             and cross-examine the witness.

ATTY. GICA:
            Yes, that's right, we are not questioning that. So, we are
            objecting actually, Your Honor.

COURT:
            Yes, that is the ground. That is established that the Presiding Judge
             may examine and cross-examine the witness.

Q          You told this Honorable Court that the white van where you
             and your group boarded as well as the white car driven
             by "MM" Uy drove off. Where to?

WITNESS:
A          Towards South, sir.

Q          On your way to the South, what happened?

A          Then Wangwang Uy placed tapes around their mouths
             and that's when Rowen Adlawan handcuffed them again.

COURT / to the witness:
Q          What did you say? Will you repeat the answer?
