PAGE 1 OF MR. DIONISIO CHIONG'S AFFIDAVIT.   One  will  note an erasure in  the date in the title of this page.  Also,  in  item  no. 08,  one will  note  the words 'She  will  be'  was added to  the  statement.  And,  in item  no.  9,  some words were erased and "will be twenty one years (21) on 8 September 1997" was added. WHY? To change the sentences from past tense to future tense in order cover the change of dates from September 23, 1997 to July 23, 1997.

PAGE 3 OF MR. DIONISIO CHIONG'S AFFIDAVIT. This time, Rowen Adlawan is implicated  in items no. 25 to 28. Item no. 29  seals the three suspects as the only ones
with motives to harm his daughters. Mr.Chiong nearly forgot changing the month on
the last part of his  affidavit,  he just manually wrote 'July' on top of  September,  not
like his earlier erasures which were typewritten.
