AFFIDAVIT I, Rowena M. Bautista, Filipino citizen of legal age, and a resident of 245 M. H. Del Pilar, Malabon, Metro Manila, after being duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state: 1. I am a culinary instructor at the Center for Culinary Arts, Manila, located at Cravings Center, 287 Katipunan Avenue, Loyola Heights, Quezon City, and have been so since July 1996. 2. I know Francisco Juan Larraņaga as a duly registered student of the school for the school year 1997 to 1998. 3. On 16 July 1997 I conducted a lecture at the school from around 8:00 a.m. until around 11:30 a.m., which was attended by Francisco Juan Larraņaga who was there for the entire duration. 4. I again saw him later in the day, at around 6:30 p.m. at the school premises in the company of Richard Anthony Antonio - another duly registered student of the school - who is from the baking and pastry arts course, which struck me as a kind of odd because Francusco Juan Larraņaga is from the culinary arts course. 5. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing, and for whatever legal purpose it may serve. Further affiant sayeth naught. signed: Miguel R. Armovit
Until December 31, 1997 (NOTE:
