       1. We are all duly registered students at the Center for Culinary Arts, Manila, located  at Cravings Center, 287 Katipunan Avenue, Loyola Heights, Q.C., for the school year 1997-1998.

       2. We are all classmates of FRANCISCO JUAN LARRANAGA in the covered course "Fundamentals of Cookery".

        3. On 17 July 1997, from about 8:00 o'clock a.m. to around 2:00 o'clock p.m. we were all at school (Center for Culinary Arts, Manila) in attendance for said course "Fundamentals of Cookery" and specifically remember the presence of said FRANCISCO JUAN LARRANAGA who was there with us for the said duration, as this was also the day we took our mid-term exams, laboratory.

       4. We are executing this joint-affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing, and for any legal purpose it may serve.
