A F F I D A V I T I, Richard Anthony Antonio, a a Filipino of legal age, and a resident of 40 Genesis Condominium, E. Rodriguez Ave., Quezon City, after being duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that: 1. I am a duly registered student at the Center for Culinary Arts, Manila, located at Cravings Center, 287 Katipunan Avenue, Loyola Heights, Q.C., for the school year 1997-1998. 2. I first met Francisco Juan Larraņaga at said school - where he is likewise a duly registered student - at the orientation program held last June 16, 1997, and since then he has become a good friend. 3. On 16 July 1997, at around 4:00 p.m. I was at "Tia Maria's" restaurant/bar along Katipunan Avenue with Francisco Juan Larraņaga and another friend by the name of Limneo San Gaspar - another duly registered student of said school - until around 6:00 p.m. when said Limneo San Gaspar left. 4. I stayed on with Francisco Juan Larraņaga at "Tia Maria's until around 6:30 p.m. when we went back to said school to get my car and books. And then proceeded to Francisco Juan Larraņaga's condominium unit at the 6th floor Loyola Heights Condominium Building. 5. At said condominium unit of Francisco Juan Larraņaga we were joined by two (2) friends oh his who were introduced to me as a certain "Lia" and "Charmaine". 6. "Lia" and "Charmaine" left at around 9:30 p.m., and about half an hour later, I myself left Francisco Juan Larraņaga at his condominium unit. 7. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing, and for whatever legal purpose/s it may serve. Further affiants sayeth naught.
